Sweet potatoes and black beans are a favorite food combination of mine at this time of year. It’s hearty and earthy, healthy and delicious. Throw it in a taco with smokey chile flavor, and you’ve got yourself a winning dinner. I like to use sprouted corn tortillas, which are made from freshly sprouted 100% organic whole kernel corn.
