Cashew Milk

Dessert in a cup . Afternoon delight. Drink your dessert. Dairy-free. Vegan. Milk shake. Plant sourced & protein-packed. High in magnesium, iron and potassium. Good unsaturated fats. Cashew Milk

{Yield: 1}

2 cups cashews, soaked for at least 2 hours

4 cups filtered water

2 Tbsp agave

2 tsp vanilla extract

pinch sea salt

pinch cinnamon

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or Vitamix. Option to strain through a sieve, fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth if your blender does not break down the cashews enough to liking. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use. Lasts up to 3 days.

    1. I would say it is definitely nutty but not necessarily more than almond milk. It tastes like a dreamy milk shake!
